Committees
Membership Committee
Responsibilities include quarterly membership drives along with
monthly visits to potential members.
Chamber Discount Program committee
Responsibilities include organizing businesses with their discounts
for the Web site. This program is designed for each member to commit
to each other member a discount so that members will do business
with each other versus going to another in the community.
The Great Race committee
Responsibilities for this 5K event will include promotion and volunteering
the day of the event.
Annual Oyster Roast and Golf Tournament
Responsibilities for this major event will include ticket sales,
catering, golf teams, sponsorships, advertising and marketing.
Annual Dinner & Silent Auction committee
Responsibilities include deciding on a theme for the upcoming annual
dinner and getting organized for the silent auction.
Town Hall Meetings
Responsibilities include attending Town of Spring Lake board meetings.
Two Chamber board members are needed at each meeting to represent
the voice of the business community. Town of Spring Lake board meetings
are the second and fourth Monday of every month.
